URGENT - Revalidation after applying for Immigration

My H1 stamp expires this month, I have already applied for the 485, now for the revalidation of the visa (since my comp doesn't apply for EAD if still H1 B is valid) in the DS 156 form section 31 which says "HAS ANYONE EVER FILED AN IMMIGRANT VISA PETITION ON YOUR BEHALF?" if I check this box, will this effect my stamping in any way??

Please comment ASAP.
