urgent : Regarding I140

I had submitted an application with my local congressman office and they spoke to VSC. The lady from VSC told him that for people who have applied I140/ 485 , they are still processing Oct 2002 ( actually only 485 is being processed for that day ). I told him about the website with processing dates but he wasnt so convinced. I then told that I will get prints for approved I140s who have applied after me. Probably I can check the scans of I140 and get few sample cases. But is there any way to prove that those I140s are from EB2 or EB3 and not from Nurses category.

There is no way from the scan to know what category an application belongs to.

Take the print out of official processing dates for Vermont from www.uscis.gov.

Just do a scan and calculate the percentage of cases being approved. I'm sure more than 70% of the cases have been approved. Bring this number and ask how can one be convinced there is such high percentage of cases files under the catagory of nurses.
