My brother is working in Desmoines on H1 visa,
on Dec 2nd he has got married and he applied H4 for his spouse on Dec4th
on December 4th 2001 thru\'DropBox facility from hyderabad,India.
Madras Consulate received the visa application on 5th of Dec
2001 and they sent a letter on Dec 10th 2001
stating "wait or our office to contact you regarding
your visa application. There is some more additional
administrative processing required before any
further action can be taken."
When my sis-in-law went to Madras to reapply as her H4
visa was refused according to section 221(g) ,but nobody
allow her inside b\'cos the letter is staing that she has to wait
there is some more processing required.
They did not tell the status of her application and
how much time will it take for them to process.
So pls can anybody help in this matter?,i.e.if u
experienced same situation or heard from ur freinds,
pls reply me asap,any help is appreciated.
