My wife is going for H4 Stamping to Mumbai Consulate on 20th of this month. I would be completing my 6yrs on my H1 by Sep'2006.
With 5months left do you think the consulate can cause any problem for my wife's H4 Stamping if so how? My employer says that it is better we file for the extension in premium processing. Also, i have sent the documents to the Mumbai consulate already. Can i cancel the appointment with the documents sent if needed.
Someone please suggest in my current situation
