urgent regarding emergency AP

Guys,
I need to go out from country urgently . RIght now I'm in Boston and they has stopped issuing emergency AP.
I have read in couple of Forums that Newark is giving emergency AP.
Can i go there and apply for emergency AP being in BOSTON area?
Would that work.
Pls help me in this

Newark does issue it but I am not sure if they will issue for Boston as I remember a person with IEAD had a very tough time getting his EAD renewed at Newark as he came from some other state, not sure what happened finally in his case.

Have you tried getting Emergency AP in Boston. I know, they are not issuing same day EAD & AP, but in some emergencies they can consider. No harm in trying.

Just a thought.

I would definetly tey going to VSC.
But if they did not allow me then my question is can I go to newark office and take emergency AP.
Do i need some documents for that?

My location is also Boston. I am not exactly sure whether Newark office can issue you a AP or not. Anyway try in Boston office and let us know the result. If you have already booked the tickets. take the same with you. They should consider your case, but again that is BCIS center and no can predict their rules and policies.
