Can someone please tell me when applying for a reentry permit. if I need to explain in details why I need one or simply say family issues to solve.

do have to include photograph or the copy of the green card is enough?

Another question, what is the average time for fingerprint appointment?

You can put Family responsibility

No photos needed..they will take it when u go for bio

Bio appt should come within 4 weeks.
