I have got my OPT Approved and I changed my address in Postal service, so I didnt recive my OPT. I called up to USCIS for a change of address, and also for non delivery of my card, I got a reply, tht I have to submit I 765 to replace the document, The question is Do I Have to Send the orginal signed DSO letter or can I send the copy of the letter that was previously sent. Please reply to this ASAP.
