urgent questions on changing job after I485 filed for more than 180 days

1. How does the new employer pick up my I485 sponsorship? Do they need to pay a lawyer to do that for me? Or shall I find my own lawyer?

2. My current employer said if I leave they will notify INS, in this case, will INS ask me for RFE before they approval my I485?

1. i think its better to go with company sponsored new lawyer but i\'ve heard you can also have your own . not sure how much it will cost though.

2. yes if INS is informed, there are more chances of RFE. Also your new lawyer may be required to inform INS that you have same sal, position, profile etc with the new firm (like old one). that might help in reducing to get a RFE but it depends on the adjucating officer
