My wife is on F-1 EAD. Here EAD expires on Octr 29th and F-1 expires on Oct 31st, 2001. Just filed for her AOS along with mine.
1. The AOS application has to be postmarked by 10/31 or Received (receive date) or filed (Notice date) by Oct 29th for her to remain in-status?
2. Isn\'t she in status because I am on H1 and she is married to me? or do we have to explicitly file for H4 (or go out of country to obtain one - this cannot be done as the AOS has already been filed).
2. Can\'t she stay in (and in-status) the country for 60 days after her F-1 expires?
