I shall tell you my situation. My RD 08/15/01 and my 180 days complete on 02/15/02. I got a premanent position. I wanna quit my sponsoring desi consulting company. I have following questions.
1) What is the procedure for quit?
2) Once I quit, does my old company can stop my GC process?
3) Should I go back to old company and work for them after getting GC.
4) Or should I ask my new company to transfer my H1 (I never used my EAD)?
Help would be greatly appreciated.
