Hi,

I've applied to my GC in March. Have already received my AP and EAD. My company has cancelled my H1B.

My question is - if I've to visit India before getting the I485 approval, what are the risks involved? Since I don't have H1B, will I face some problems entering back in US even with the advance parole?

You have nothing to worry as long as you have a valid AP.

There would be no problem of any kind if you need to travel outside USA before I-485 approval.

so you are safe. Don't worry.
