HI, everyone,

Please help.

I had a 140 eb1b sponsored by current employers which was approved two years ago. My 485 was originally filed together with this 140. Later, my 140 eb1a (filed by myself) was approved as well and my attonery helps me to connect the eb1a1 140 with the 485

Now I am switching employers. Should I file AC21? If file AC21, which 140 should be based. Can I still connnect both 140 to the same 485?

Thank you very much for your info!!

Any Guru, Please help to answer the questions. Thank you very much.

Also more questions.
(1). What is the time buffer for me to file AC21. I have switched to new employer for 4 days already.
(2). If the new employer file AC21 based on my EB1B 140 (sponsored by old employer), will my I485 still connect to my EB1A 140 (by myself. Which was interfiled to this I485 by my old lawyer). If so, should I file another interfile application?
(3). For EB1A140 (sponsored by myself) based I485, is AC21 really needed?

Thank you very much for your kind help!
