urgent question

I plan to invite my parents on B2 visitor visa. My I485 is in progress (ND Jan 2004). My 7th year H1 extension is pending. My 2nd EAD has been approved till Jan 2006.

I am thinking of sending photocopy of my EAD approval, pending I485 application and approved I140.

Will these be sufficient for my parents to get the tourist visa?

Or do I have to wait for the H1 approval to come?

Someone was telling me if I send photocopy of EAD and pending I485 there is chance to denial of the visitor visa for my parents since it clearly shows I am applying for GC.

My parents need to come for some urgent reason. So please provide some information.

For my in-laws I just sent the copy of the EAD and it worked (Chennai Consulate).

My mother got tourist visa with my approved I -140, pending i-485 and copy of EAD. I think it is100% depending on the interviewing officer. It is not bad idea to try though.
