Urgent Question Travel to India AP

I currently have a pending I-485 application. My I-140 has been approved. I changed jobs and sent AC21 to INS but I-485 was denied in error. I applied for MOTR and case is reopened and is pending. Is there any problem with travelling on AP? I do not have a valid H1B anymore. What documentation do I have to carry for POE? I will be enterting via Chicago.

I would not travel in this situation. Your H1 is invalid and 485 is denied which clearly means your AP is invalid so you may not be allowed to enter back. I would wait until they have a decision on MTR. I would also ask this question to an attorney.
 
MOTR has been approved and I-485 is currenty pending.
Case Detals:-
Company A I-140- Approved Feb 10,2004
Changed to Company B
AC21 after 180 days Sent documetation to INS April,2005
I-485 denied -August 10,2005
MOTR filed- Sep,2005
MOTR Approved-Sep,2005
I-485 status pending Sep,2005

anyone with similar experience please post
