Urgent question regarding I-485 inquiry

Hi

My July, 2002 case is still pending in CSC. My attorney sent an inquiry to CSC and received a letter today.

From the letter, CSC said they are waiting the result of my FBI clearance. The problem is that I did my 2nd FP in June 08, and from the CSC website, they have received my 2FP result in June 10 already.

What is the problem here? can anyone help?

Isn't fingerprint result received by CSC center means they can review my case?

What is fingerprint result and FBI clearance difference? If there is a difference, does it mean CSC just sent a FBI clearance request for me? how long they will receive my clearance?
