I am sponsoring my parents.
I have
a) a separate bank acct (X Amount)
b) a joint acct with my spouse. (Y Amount)
I got bank letters from both these banks. In the joint account one, they have said account opening date is 1995. I was not here in US until 1996. There is an item No 2 in I-134 which says "That I have resided in US since date ............"
Now will this affect my sponsoring, because I was not even here in 1995. My spouse opened the account in 1995. Will this pose any problems in my sponsorship with regard to 1995 and 1996 ? Please advise.
