I have an urgent question, anyone please
If one has his asylum case pending (filed and never called for interview) and also EB based adjustment of status application later.
Is it required for the applicant to withdraw his asylum application before BCIS can approve EB-based I-485?
One lawyer says yes, the applicant must withdraw asulum case for EB I-485 to be approved. The other said there's no such requirement.
Anyone please share your opinions, where is the truth?
