Urgent Question : Please Help

Hi Gurus

Need your opinion. I got two FP notice today for me (same applicant name and eac#) which is scheduled for 3/8. However, there is no FP notice for my Wife. I spoke to my attorney, he suggested postponing my FP for couple of weeks and in the mean time he will speak to INS for my wife\'s FP.

I don\'t have trust in my company\'s attorney.

I would appreciate your opinion whether should I postpone my FP or go as scheduled? Should I call INS and request for wife\'s FP notification?

U should go per schedule. Otherwise ur petition will be abandoned. U can call and ask for your wife\'s, but nevertheless if i were u just go with my notice for now

I agree with sunny boy you should definitely have your FP done. Also call VSC immediately and ask about your wife\'s FP. Better if your wife calls as they usually will not give u info about ur wife. U can also try saying that ur wife does not speak English (worked for me)
