Urgent !!!!! question???????? (please advice)

I filled my 485 in 10 dec 2001 with employer A which I was working . On 14 dec left emplyer A and I joined employer B on new H1b visa. currently I am working with employer B.

Employer A continue to process my 485. and is willing to hire me back after I get 485 done.

IF I suppose I get an RFE for tax 2001 , and w2?
will I have problem in my 485 ? since I left the company A before 180 days?

You can not change what you had already done

If you get RFE for those items you mentioned you have two options:

(1)Provide docs to INS and hope they will approve, but invariably INS will want you to go for an interview. They will most probably approve (if everything else is in order) based on AC21 provisions because they did not adjudicate your case in 180 days from filing.

(2) Dont provide the docs and INS will surely deny your petition.

I would chose option 1. You are lucky that INS did not come back with RFE within the six months.
