Urgent question on Substitute labor

Hi,

While my husband has a labor application pending approval at the PBEC with a priority date for Jan 2003, i was told by my employer that they have an approved labor from May 2002 which may fit my profile.

My question is this. I have a 3 yrs degree + 1 yr Diploma. The approved labor has 4 yrs College in section 14, but does not have anything specified for college degree required, major feild of study or type of training. It doesnt even specify if the person needs to have any prior experience, while i have over 5 yrs of experience even before the labor PD. The Person for whom this labor was applied has a 3 yr degree too.

I was hoping some of the Immigration guru's might be able to clarify whether this 4 yr college might be an issue at the next level, does 4 yr college mean it should be from one degree only or can it be the kind of combination i have. Is there any kind of education evaluation that can be done to say that my 3+1 + experience amounts to the 4 yr college if not more.

Will appreciate inputs in the matter.

Thanks
