Urgent: Question on I485!!!

Hello there:

My Labor and I140 got approved and waiting for PD to be current (which is April, 2005) to apply for I485 - I do not see that is happening next 2 years or so. Could anyone please tell me if I want to switch job with a different company what are the options I have with this papers or do I have to start the whole process over again.

You'll have to start the whole process again.
If the current employer doesn't cancel you I-140 after changing the job, you can use your current PD for filing of your I-485 with your new employer. You'll still need to file new LC and I-140.
 
Thanks for your reply. It is going to suck!! Do you have how many years it is going to till my PD becomes current. Is there anything going to change because there is a change in Senate and congress.
