Urgent question on I-485 form/NIW?

I am rushing to get I-140 and I-485 submitted concurrently before Oct.1.

and working on filling the form I-485.

In Part 2 ( Application Type) of the form I-485, which one should I choose? h: Other basis of eligibility. Right? then how to explain it?
