Urgent - Question on FOIA

Hi, I am going to apply for FOIA since I do not have my LC copy and do not know what is specified in my LC about my job description. I am afraid of asking my company's lawyer. Since I am going to join a new company invoking AC21, I learnt from this forum that Job description should be the same.

Can someone tell me what needs to be put in G639 form (FOIA), in the place where requesting documents to be mentioned ? What is SOA/NOC code

I said, "I require all documentation related to my 485 appplication"

I got around 100 pages from USCIS.
