urgent question: driving license renewal in NJ with EAD/I485 pending

Hi,

My driving license in New Jersey has to be renewed by March end. I am currently working on EAD and I485 pending (EB3 India, PD 2001 Dec). My current EAD is till Sep 2007. Can I get my driving license renewed showing EAD? Any other documents I need to take?

I am in NJ and got my license renewed using EAD. They give you ead expiry + 3months

Hi

Take your PP, current DL, SSN Card, EAD Card and a utility bill/bank statement in your name and address and they will issue you a new DL expiring on EAD expiry date + 3 months

Even without EAD in SD.

They will give you a 60 day licence with a pending I-485 if your EAD is going to expire and you qualify for 245K.
