urgent question about NIW and transfering job

If I submit the I-140 application, then find another job. I knew NIW is not employer based. So, is there any bad consequences on the application if I change the job?

so why not to find job first and then file for I140?Anyway if job is in similar field then it does not matter assuming you dont fileI485 concurrently.
