Urgent- Question about I-864

Today my company got the letter about filling I-864.

MY GC is employment based, do I need to fill this form? I had checked for CP in my I-140 itself.

Really confused if I have to fill this form.

Please help ASAP.

Hi,

Mine is Employment based GC and I opted for CP in I-140. Today I got a mail from NVC to file I-864 (Affidavit of Support), actually they have asked two questions and answer for both the qyestions is NO.
First question is if you are personally filling the petition? This is no for me.
Second is: Is the future employee related by blood or by marriage to any person who owns at least 5% of that company or corporation. My answer is NO, as I am not related to anyone in the company.

Please reply asap. Do I still have to fill I-864

From the details you have given, you do not need to send
in the I-864.

At what point did you get this communication from the NVC?

Is your Packet 3 under review?

This looks like a communication by mistake. I assume the name of
the sponsor is not similar to your last name .
