I am on H-4 non-immigrant visa and passed the NPTE exam for the New York State. In order to get the PT license, the State Board has sent me Form 1IS (Citizenship/Immigration Status) to apply.
Is H-4 a valid status to get the PT License from NY State board?
Has anybody got the PT License from NY while on H-4 non-immigrant status?
