URGENT - Procedure to request corrections on the I-140 approval notice from TSC

Could anyone please tell me the procedure to request corrections on the I-140 approval notice from TSC.
My PD is mentioned incorrectly and also possibly my approval category.

Did anyone face this issue before? Please share your experience.

My attorney is not of being much help here ( they are used to CSC only and my case was transferred to TSC from CSC so they are pretty much ignorant ).

This is of huge significance for me so I would be extremely grateful for any help / pointers.
 
I had the same issue with my approved 140. My priority date was incorrect. I brought this to my attorneys attention and they said it was probably a data entry type of error. The sent a application to the TSC and within a month or so I received a new 140 appoval with the correct priority date. Around the same time i saw a update on my 485, indicating that the new 140 was being used for my 485

Could you please tell me the exact address that the correction request was sent to. Also does it have to be addressed to anybody in particular / highlighted with some information?.
