URGENT: Pregnancy is due, parents are coming and want to apply for In-Laws

hi,

My wife is pregnant and she is due in Feb,2006. My parents have 5 years multiple entry VISA. They are coming in end of decemeber,2005.

My parents-in-law were rejected two times so far. They both work in government. My brother-in-law is in Australia. The reason consulate gave them in last time was that they will not come back to india as there is no one in India for them for whom they will come back.

I would like them to appear again for VISA in May 2006. I have few questions...

1. Can they show reason for visiting USA as "To meet my daugher, son-in-law and future grand son. And to visit different attractions in USA." ???

2. As my parents will already be in USA, Do i need show them as my dependants in the sponsor letter(I134 Column 8) for my in-laws???

Don't say pregnancy as the reason. Just say tourism.

Yes, u have to say that ur parents are dependant on you since they are here

don't ever mention BABYSITTING ,, dont give any clues of baby. its summer time , so in-(out) laws want to visit for 1-2 months.

I dont know what they do in the government.. but I know of some people in Govt of India who routinely can get "Referred appointments" at the US embassy, which are essentially brief chat sessions before the visa is issued. Ask them if they know someone who can get them one of these, maybe?
