Urgent: PR Card app - address history

Please advise (calling gurus like vault etc!!)

What to enter in address history if one has landed earlier in 2002 and then left Canada and returned now but may leave again soon (working in US)?

Should one just give Canadian address for address history and then give details of stay outside Canada in the Work history and Absences from Canada sections?

Would appreciate inputs from anyone who has applied for a PR card already ?

3. Do you own/rent a house in Canada? or are you living with your friend/relative?

Vault,

1. Landed in Toronto

2. Working NJ

3. Relative in Canada

What did you fill in questions 13,14,15 in the form ?
i.e for address,wok and absences from Canada ?

I was wondering if i need to show the address in Canada only?
I am mentioning the absences from Canada, so they may wonder whyi have not shown the address in the US ?

Basically, i am lookin for inputs on filling in above 3 questions ?

Guys,

My case is totally different than yours. I commute between CAN and US every other day. Sometimes I end up using the HIGHSPEED connection and work from home (CAN).

I have been maintaining residence in CAN, and paying my share of the tax amount due to the CAN Gov.

So I didn't lie on the application. I attached another sheet of paper explaining the details.
