Urgent Plz help...!!!

Hello Friends,

Please respond to this and help me with the best approach.

I filed i485 for me and my spouse 10 months back & my sponsering company filed chapter 7 bankruptcy during my 6th month of I485 filing . As i knew about the company situation I had found a job and i started working with another company on EAD. I am hoping and praying to get GC approval this month.
The issue is i do not have H1 anymore and have EAD and AP papers only and my in-laws are planning to come down here in Nov-02. I do not know what papers to send EAD/AP??.
please help all you experts because i trust your opinions and they are always the best and helpful.

Dont understand the question

What papers do you want to send to whom? Your in-laws will only be able to enter the country on a tourist visa. Not your H1/H4.

Your status seems clear, since the AC21 portability law should apply to this case. There is a a good probability you will get your approval soon. So don't see any need for you to panic.

One thing though, your statement -

I don't think you should be making decisions based upon advise you receive on an internet forum. You MUST consult an attorney. It is extremely unwise to take advise without consulting an attorney since if something goes wrong you could be in serious trouble, besides each case is extremely individualistic.
