Urgent pls help -- Salary related

Hi experts need your help!

My LC (RIR) mentioned the prevailing salary is 85k
(The stupid lawyer filed the LC with title of Senior Software Eng.
but I am not. Now I just carry 70k)

Is it possible for me to file my I-140 and I-485 ?
If YES, must my employer pay me $85k NOW,
or it can just pay me $70k but increase to $85k in the future?

Or more specifically, WHEN shld my company increase the salary?
Before OR after the I-485 approval date?
Will I receive any RFE because of this? As far as I know,
RFE will be issued before approval...

By now what shld my company do? They won't increase my salary
at this moment. Is it OK to give a letter saying I will be carrying $85k when my I-485 is approved? If so will I receive any RFE
and how about my chance?

Not quite sure .. but I think the sponsoring employer should pay you 85K once your I-485 is approved. LC and GC is for future job.
