My 485 approval asks me to get my passport stamped at Baltimore. I am a consultant currently living in CA, but my case stayed at VSC due to my company being headquartered there.
Can I get my passport stamped in California - will there be any delays in processing the actual card? Is Baltimore faster at processing the i-89 and sending the file to VSC? I don\'t want to take any chances...
