Urgent: Please suggest on Education Evaluation

Hi I am having lot of problems to evaluate my 3 year degree + 1yr diploma education as equivalent to US 4 year degree (I 140 RFE purpose). I already contacted Trusteforte and Morningside companies regarding this. They are saying that, they can not evaluate my 1 year diploma since it is from non-accredited institute. Please anybody suggest me any other companies who can give credits to my diploma..I really appreciate your help in this regard.

There are many people who got problems evaluating 3 year degree and 1 or 3 year diploma for 4 year US degree including myself.

If you are planning for applying in EB2, then I would suggest to consider EB3 just to avoid problems. this is personal experience and my first I-140 was rejected due to educational mismatch in the application.

I remember there was a big discussion thread related to this, just look for it. just my 2 cents.
 
I already applied under EB3 and recieved RFE. Any body pl suggest some reliable evaluation companies? Thanks
