I have moved to Sacramento, CA from Columbus, OH.My consulting company is in Columbus, OH. I have given Columbus, OH Address in my I 485 application. My case details are
RD Sep 27 2000
ND Oct 26 2000
FP Mar 18 2001
Waiting for approval?
Called IIO last friday and she said that File has been moved to Different Area on Oct 11 2001.
Please advice Is it good to change the Address to sacramento,CA now at this crutial time? I am afraid that I might get an RFE regarding employment Letter or Pay Stub since My Consulting Company is in Ohio?
Also, Will the post office at Columbus, OH forward the Approval Notice to new Address in case INS sends approval to old Address?
