Urgent please respond!!!

Everybody my I-485 is pending with the VSC for about 10 months. I have my EAD card, which is valid until Nov. 2001. My I-94 for H1B visa was expired on June 2001.
I want to travel outside the US, so took advance parole from local INS office.

My question is, am I ok in this situation even though my H1B I-94 expired?

You are perfect. Once you apply for 485 you are always in status and it does\'t matter that your H1 is expired.
