Urgent, Please help

I have completed more than 180 days after filing 485. [RD jan02].
I have a job offer and want to grab this offer but my salary is lower than what I am getting now.
Can anyone help, what should be the salary requirements as far as using AC 21 is concerned?. I know this has been discussed many times here but according to the latest murthy chat forum, it is confusing whether the salary should be according to the LCA of H-1B or the LC of green card?

salary should be greater or equal to LC

thats what i took from one of the murthy chats. see her chat logs to make sure.

Your salary stated in LC (I-750 or something like that) is what is taken into consideration.

I can never change my job and will have to tolerate the nonsense this Desi body shop until I get GC simply because the difference between the Labor of GC and what I am gettng now is $50,000.
Just imagine the plight and irony.
Please share if someone can help me to get out of this torture.
I am being exploited by a Desi for last 4+ years.
