Urgent, please help

[SELF_I140_RFE]

I just submitted documents for the "RFE" to INS. The "RFE" require me to submit more independent opinion about my "Extraordinary Ability".

I got 2 letters from leading experts, which have been submitted. Today I received another letter from a leading expert in US goverment agency. (I thought I could not get his letter because no any response from him about being my reference). This letter is very important to my case. I am not sure how to submit this to INS. It is still before the deadline for my case right now. But on the "NOtice of Action", it says that " ALL documentation required should be submitted together".

How to submit?? please help me out. THanks,

Just send it asap

I am sure u must have the copy of rfe. include 1 copy of that rfe and a personal letter stating that you could not submit that earlier, and send that letter by fedex or any quicker service you like. That letter from you must make some impression and just appologize inthe letter that you could not submit it with your orginal submission of rfe response. Hopefully they would get the letter on time & you will have your thing done with grace of God. To me you don't stand another chance just do it as quickly as you can. You well wisher.
