My 485 was approved and my wife get RFE which need
redo medical checkup, the reason is at the time we
submit the medical docs, my wife was pregnant, so
she didn\'t do the vaccination, and we applied for waiver
of that. now my wife is pregnant again, she can\'t
do the vaccincation , that means the REF can\'t be
fullfiled in the near future, what can we do? will
INS reject my wife\'s application? any suggestion
will be appreciated.
