urgent! Please help!

My mother-in-law travel from Taiwan to Boston vis San Jose in last Thursday. When through the border controler officer, she gave him her passport which includes a travel document to China. After the border officer gave back her passport. She come to US and fly to Boston. Now in Boston when she check her passport, she found the border office returned her passport, but did not returned her travel document to China. Now, how can she get back her travel document? which phone number can she call and ask for it? We need your help. Any input will be very appreciate.

You should contact the immigration office at the port of entry (it appears, it is San Jose in this case). You will most likely get the travel document back. That should not be a problem at all. However, I cannot stop myself from commenting a little on your extremely bad english. Buddy, try to improve it, it is just horrible.
