I have filed for my I 485 in 2004

Starting July 1st, there is a chance my I 485 can get approved anytime?

If my I 485 gets approved and my spouse's I 485 application has not reached USCIS yet, can there be any problem?

How many days do we have to file for my spouses' I 485 after mine gets approved?

The approval can come anytime. What's stopping you from filing wife's application on 1st July? If your's gets approved before your wife's case reaches there then you might be in trouble. It's better to work with an attorney to take care of these things.

You can keep her 485 app ready and make sure it reaches NSC on July 1st
