My case Details are

I140 ND Mar 11, 2003, AD Mar 2, 2004
I485 ND Oct 28, 2003, AD
FP1 Sept 3, 2004,
Sept 9 Case Resumed

Last LUD on I485 was 11/4 with no message change

And today i just checked up my status on I140.. And i found that its LUD also changed on 11/4 with no message change

I am really getting worried now.. Why my I140 LUD changed..

Is it because my old employer sending revoking letter for I140 or is it due to AC21 that i filed after changing employer. (I Changed my employer only after I140 is approved and 180 days past I485 filing date).

Gurus please advice.. Is there anyone with the same situation. Due to all this can my I485 processing be delayed further?

If you used AC21 they would have matched ur present job with the approved I140. Hence the LUD. So its a reason to be happy, as someone has been assigned to your case (or vice versa)

But my concern is whether LUD changed for I140 because of my AC21 letter or old employer revoking letter.

Also do u know or is there anyone whose LUD changed for approved I140 and for what reason
