Urgent.. Please help

Hello All,
I have posted couple weeks back after i received RFE.
Once again my details are:

RDec 1999
RD:Aug 2001
ND:Oct 2001
FP:Mar 2003
RFE:Mar 2004

Now that i have a question to complete information for my RFE.

I changed my job using AC21. Never informed BCIS. I joined a company which has its offices in Massachusetts (which geographically comes under Vermont Service Center). If i send my employment verification letter will INS transfer my case to VSC?

Please let me know.

Cases are transferred for two main reasons - backlog reduction and requirement for a face to face interview. Your case is already in RFE mode and as they already did most of the processing, it should be adjudicated at TSC.

Bottom line: If they have requested an EVL in the RFE, you will need to send one to them. As you did not notify them about your job change, get a good lawyer to prepare the EVL for you (using AC21 after 180 days, same/similar job and salary etc.)
