URGENT! Please help

Folks,

My friend got an RFE for the following: (His RD and ND is 09/01, FP 05/03)
1. Employment verification letter
2. Recent Paystub and W2
3. Proof that the company can give the offered salary in future..

He changed his company around 2 months back..No problem..
But he didn't change his address. He moved from Dallas to Ohio. In Dallas he own a house and his address is still that.
The problems is: his recent paystubs (only 2 of them) reflect his address in Ohio..wheras his I-485 address is Dallas. Could this create any problems?

What are his options? He can claim that Dallas is his permannet address as he still own a house...Should he mention this in the response to his query? If not addressed, can this generate another query from TSC?

I really do not think that there will be an issue here, just because he didn't update his address.
There are many people who reside at a particular address, but who have furnished a different address (someone who they are sure will not be moving any time soon) with the TSC, so that they can avoid the hassle of having to update the address everytime they move.
Ask your friend to reply to the RFE asap with all relevant documents. He'll be fine.

and his case could go eitherway.
The only problem is if the IIO realizes the place of work is Ohio.
has he talked to his attorney if he has one?
what does the attorney now say abt filling for AR-11?

I am thinking even if he now files AR-11, how does that link with his RFE ?

I was in similar situation 7 months ago when I moved to VA from houston. But my attorney then strongly adviced to file AR-11 right away.
