URGENT-please help with the AP check box

hi all, I am really confused today as our AP's arrived by mail. It is about the check bob after the validity peroid. Last year when I applied for the AP, they checked the second box that says AUTHORIZATION and NOTICE TO APPLICANT etc. This time the first box is checked, that is "AS AN ALIEN PAROLED PURSUANT TO SECTION 212 (d)(5) OF THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT".

Could you please check your AP's and let me know what is checked.

I thought there is a bunch of explanation NOTICE TO APPLICANT etc next to that and that is why that box was there.
 
AP Matching to yours

I have had 2 APs so far, both are itentical except the issue and validity dates. Both have first box checked with a message "As an alien paroled pursuant to section 212(d)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act".
And I have traveled with my first AP, if that helps.
Anyways, check with your attorney for an explanation. Issuance of AP is for re-entry and you will be guaranteed that.
Question: Did you use your first AP for travel?
