I have a urgent question. If a H1B Visa expired on sep 2001 and applied for a extension and got the extension from oct 2001 till oct 2004. At the time of extension if the client place is in Richmond, VA and your I 129 also carries that. after that within 3 months moved to NJ and still in NJ. If we didn't send the visa extension for stamping in the U.S and it has crossed one year now going back to motherland(India) to get a stamping.
My question is My I-129 says at the time of extension Richmond, VA as my client. Now i work in NJ. Will this affect my stamping. What do i do to get a stamping. All my bank accounts, paystubs carry my nj address can i submit the nj address paystubs and bank details.
Please help me out in this...
