Urgent!!Please help on RFE(case approved)

I am in trouble, got the notice of RFE, Last 3 years W2 and Last 3 pay checks, but my last 2 years' W2 salary are 30% lower than my H1 salary; I didn't change company during GC processing; The company just increased my salary to LC salary recently (higher than H1's). Is there anybody in the same situation? Do you know any simliar cases? Did they get approval or rejection?
What should I do now? Any suggestions are welcome!

should not be a problem. LC Salary is for future employment once you get the GC. The company has to give u a letter stating that they are willing to pay u that salary once u get GC.

Since they are already paying u the LC amount they can give u a evl stating so.

No need to worry! GC is for future employment, and hence your LC salary has to be matched at the time of approval. If your company is paying you LC salary right now, and is willing to provide you with a letter stating that they will continue to do so after approval of AOS, you should have no problems with replying to the RFE or later approval.

You employer should pay you the salary mentioned in your H1 Labor cert. Otherwise he may be in violation of law. Please talk to ur lawyer.
 
My RFE was sent at the beginning of Jan. 2004.
my case's online message was changed to "aproved" today.
