Urgent!, please help me out.

My EB1 extraordinary ability petition got RFE. On the INS "Notice of Action", it says "This notice contains your unique number and must be RESUBMITTED in the original with the requested information. When you have completed with the instructions on this form, resubmit this notice and all requested documents."

Now, i gathered all requested information, such as more reference letters etc. and ready to sumit. My question is when I resubmit it, should I put the requested information (new documents) on the top of the original I-140 package(old documents)? or, I need to mix all the documents (old and new)?

Any one has answer, please help. Thanks

Actually, it is very clear. Just mail the requested information (the so-called new documents) and the notice itself, not a copy of this notice. It seems to me that the "original" does not mean your original documents.

Just take a copy of the notice and send the original notice and the requested documents ( Only Copies) dont send original documents.

put their original notice on TOP and copies of the requested documents beneath. You only have to submit the requested documents and not the copy of all documents submitted previously (unless thats what they asked you in the notice)
