I'm going through some problem please give some advise. I'm working for company A. They are about to file my My PERM application. Done advertising , waited for more than a month and with in week or so they are going to file my application. My company is bought by another company B yesterday. They are going to keep my employment.
Do I need to transfer my H1B Visa to company B?
Can I Still file my PERM application with company A( Right now)?
This deal is going to end by november means company A will be called company B after november.
My H1B is going to expire next year december.
Please help me.
