Urgent-Please help me in making decision about PERM pending labour Vs. Substiture lab

Hello,
I will on my 7th year extension starting from Oct 16th onwards(Got approval). I have two pending labors(EB3) older than 2 years and one is in BEC with my company XXX. My company(xxx) owns one more company(YYY) which works as a seperate entity. So I have filed PERM (EB2) through YYY company on May 10th as a future employee in Chicago PERM center. Still my case is in Processing stage. I lost my hopes on all three labors.

Now I have got an opportunity for using a substitute labour with another company (ZZZ).I know this ZZZ company very well because I came to USA through this company and worked for 3 years in the past. They are offering this for free but with moderate salary. But ZZZ is a illinois based company with more than 300 employees. So I have to file I-140 on Nebraska and will take lot of time get to the staze where USCIS will issue a RFE.

I am in very confused state. Whether I should go with substiture labor or stick with the same company. Suppose if my PERM clears after joing ZZZ company,can I file I-140 with YYY also at the same time having I-140 with ZZZ?
Please give me advice ASAP as I have to make decision in 2 days.
